Finding the van
Everything starts at the Parcheggio Vallone dei Mulini, a car park on Via Fuorimura in the middle of Sorrento. Be there before the start time on your booking.
Twenty minutes uphill
The drive up to the farm takes about twenty minutes. It is the stretch that leaves the town behind: the road climbs out of Sorrento into the green hills that look back over the Gulf of Naples.
A drink on the lawn
The itinerary gives about ten minutes for a break, an aperitif and free time. A welcome drink and a relaxation area on the lawn are part of the plan, so this is the moment to look at the view and meet the rest of the group.
The hour of the lesson
The family explains and demonstrates, and you make your own pizza in the pizza school, which runs about an hour. Guests describe a relaxed lesson with plenty of laughter, and say the hosts keep everyone involved.
The meal and the tastings
Another hour goes on eating and tasting: your pizza, a cold-cuts and mozzarella appetiser, vegetables, a seasonal first course and a traditional dessert, with wine, olive oil and limoncello to try.
The ride down
The van returns to the same car park, about twenty minutes later. Counting both rides, the whole class is listed at three hours.
